Refund policy
We’re committed to making sure you’re happy with your order - but because we’re a small business, we have to keep our return policy pretty simple and fair.
Change of Mind
We understand that sometimes plans change 🤍
If you change your mind, we’re happy to accept a return provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If something’s arrived damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered. Then we will absolutely make it right.
Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@thiccsupply.com.au with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
- A short description of the problem
If approved by our team, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to return the item.
Important: To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition as received
- Include original packaging (where applicable)
If the item has been used, or washed (e.g. put through a hot wash and shrunk), unfortunately we can’t accept it back - even if a fault is claimed. We appreciate your understanding on this!
Refunds
If your return is approved and received in its original condition, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since your refund was approved and nothing’s come through, feel free to get in touch.
