Courier and Tracking
All orders are sent via Australia Post, and you will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched so you can monitor your parcel’s progress.

Address Accuracy

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If Australia Post confirms the parcel is lost or damaged, we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
